From summer garden parties to corporate events, we urge you not to use ugly plastic tables, single use disposables or mass produced cheap tableware form half way around the world and to take a look at our hire packages.

Locate to Create have a vast collection of beautiful wooden tables and chairs made in the UK from reclaimed wood. These tables are the perfect match for my vintage luxe tableware hire collection and we have collaborated to offer the following packages.

AFTERNOON TEA – PARTY HIRE PACKAGE

Afternoon tea is a lovely, informal catering solution, ideal for a summers day. Whether you are serving a traditional afternoon tea with finger sandwiches, scones and sweet treats or a modern take on the British classic, it will look perfect on my vintage fine bone china. Each vintage tea cup has a matching saucer and the 3-tier cakes stands each have matching tiers. This is the ideal package for your summer garden party, be it a birthday celebration, christening, wedding, anniversary or corporate event. Starting from £18.45 per guest here’s what’s included in the Afternoon Tea Party Hire Package:

• Wooden tables and chairs

• Gold gilt vintage crockery: tea pots, milk jugs, sugar bowls,

• 3-tier cake stands, cream/jam bowls and plates

• Silverware: tea spoons, cake forks,  serving spoons and knives

• Vintage lace napkins

DINNER PARTY – HIRE PACKAGE

If your hosting a gourmet BBQ, grazing platters or a classic dinner party, this is the dining package for you. Captured here on Locate to Create’s slightly darker tables, from £10.73 per guest, the dinner party hire package includes:

• Wooden tables and chairs

• Gold gilt vintage dinner plates

• Crystal wine and water glasses

• Silver kings pattern dinner cutlery (knife/fork/spoon)

• Washing up

EVENT HIRE – EXTRAS
