Last summer I was invited by the talented Lily Sawyer to supply a styled shoot in West Ham Park, London. Lily is a fantastic urban wedding photographer who has such an eye for detail and a wonderfully creative mind. The styled shoot was based on Modern Vintage with white simplicity and a relaxed urban garden setting, while being affordable. We receive numerous requests to supply wedding industry photo shoots and this made us realise it was about time we did our own! It didn’t take long to decide on the theme as Easter was just around the corner and our own gardens were beginning to spring to life. Easter Vintage Glamour was decided upon – with a focus on gold and Chanel pink; Elizabeth’s favourite lipstick! We recently took part in a 1920s photo shoot which featured on both the Bridal Musings blog and Style and the Bride. A selection of our china, candelabras, picture frames and cutlery were used to emulate this very decedent era. Read more
